| Twenty-three-year old Ashley Tisdale reported on this morning's Live with Regis and Kelly that she is now producing TV shows. Her first one is reportedly with Disney and is about her days working in a clothing store. She's also producing "a reality show with Fremantle ", according to justjared.com. Ashley's next big project is High School Musical 3, which comes out in theaters tomorrow.

| Just in time for Halloween, Disney is releasing a new direct-to-DVD movie called Mostly Ghostly. It's based off of the R.L. Stine books and is about a boy who comes into contact with peope in his house that only he can see. Starring Disney's own Sabrina Bryan, Noah Cyrus (Miley Cyrus' little sister), Madison Pettis, and Kim Rhodes (the mom on Zack and Cody), it was released on DVD Sept. 30.

| With the success of Camp Rock on the Disney Channel, the star of the movie, Demi Lovato, is getting her own TV series, called "Sonny with a Chance" (previously titled "Welcome to Mollywood"). The 16-year-old actress already filmed the pilot episode, with more to come. She said, "It’s about a girl named Sonny having a chance to make it in [show] business".[Source: Just Jared] According to imdb.com, the main character wins a talent show for a new TV series and the show focuses on that. Some say it's too similar to Disney's popular hit Hannah Montana. Demi also has two movies in the works: Princess Protection Program and Camp Rock 2, both of which are TV movies.

| After her appraised role in the R-rated indie film Sleepwalking, actress AnnaSophia scores two more films, both based on books. The first one, called A Summer of Kings, also stars Disney Channel's Corbin Bleu, and the second one is titled Bloody Jack. Currently there is no information on either movie. There's also an interview article with the casting director/ talent scout who discovered an "amazing 8 year-old girl named AnnaSophia Robb".

| Connor Cruise is the Young Will Smith in a new movie entitled Seven Pounds, which is now in post-production. Unlike some children of celebrities, Connor had to audition for his role, and therefore won it himself. His father is stated as being proud of him.
